Ugly Love took me all but two hours to read. Nothing spectacular and nothing new in the New Adult genre. I just don't get why its so popular. They're all the same and they all feel extremely repetitive. I don't think I'll be reading any more of them anytime soon.
Tate Collins is off to San Fransisco to live with her older brother while she gets her masters degree in nursing. She doesn't expect to find Miles Archer, the hot neighbor across the hall. The two make a pact, love isn't for them but no one said anything about sex.
Why I was able to get through this so quickly? It's pretty much about to characters refusing to share their feelings, instead they sleep with each other constantly, oh and behind Tate's brothers back of course. Because its forbidden to date your brother's friend.
Ugh, more frustrating than anything. I'm also just not a fan of Hoover's writing and how half the book was written in poetry form.
Just one of those genre's that isn't for me (sorry, all those Hoover fans out there - I tried!).
