YA Fanatic

I enjoyed reading this book but I didn't exactly love it. It's not my favorite of Jennifer Armentout's books. It has a lot of hype and I was definitely hoping for a bit more.

Mallory Dodge hasn't really talked for many years. Not since what happened with Mr. Henry and the boy she grew up with, Rider. But then she decides its time to go to public school. That she wants to be normal. She never expected to run into Rider again, years later.

I liked Mallory. I think Armentrout portrayed her hardships really well. I think this book just read a bit too much like fanfiction for me (though, written much better than most). There were some ridiculous things going on throughout the book.

I still enjoyed it. But I guess I just wanted a bit more.
