This is a perfect book for a beach read and for being on vacation. It's certainly not a great book but I really enjoyed it for what it is and I really want to read the rest of the series.
It starts off with Marin's abduction from a nunnery, along with a young boy named Crispin McCabe. Soon rescued by Ewan McCabe, the father of Crispin she finds herself yet again in another clan she doesn't know if she can trust. She starts to fall in love with Ewan and hopes to have her own family in the clan.
I really liked the characters and really enjoyed the romance and the plot. Its fun and a fast read. Again, I like it for what it is, not that its the best book out there.
