YA Fanatic

I find a lot that I tend to not like middle books in a trilogy, they either drag or feel a bit repetitive. I actually liked The Shadow Hour quite a bit. Its not anything new or original but I had trouble putting it down.

Echo and her friends, Jasper, Dorian, Rowan, Ivy and Caius are back and their world is in trouble. Echo now knows that she is the firebird and that changes everything. They have to fight their enemies to save one another and everyone else. But of course that doesn't come without a price.

There is of course a bit of a cliffhanger. And it definitely makes the wait for book three even longer. I am definitely curious to see how this series end, I have a feeling it could be an emotional ride.
