20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Book Review

20,000 Leagues Under the Sea - Michael Prichard, Jules Verne

This was decent, a little long and a lot of descriptive detail but I can definitely see why its a classic and an epic adventure tail from its time period.

Professor Aronnax and his crew stumble upon what first looks like a massive sea creature, but is actually a submarine named the Nauteless ran by Captain Nemo. The men are held captive and forced to go on an adventurous odyssey all around the world.

I liked these characters quite a bit and especially liked how the entire story ended. What I didn't like, especially listening to it, was the long drawn out description of plants and other things found on the adventure. I really found myself zoning out. Great for fans of adventurous stories.
