Truly Madly Guilty Book Review

Truly Madly Guilty - Liane Moriarty

This is my first Liane Moriarty book and I wasn't really impressed. I thought the majority of it was fairly boring. The climactic part is supposed the be the barbecue which the entire time we have no idea what happened. And once we get to that point I felt totally let down....

Three couples were at a barbecue one day when clearly disaster struck. But the question is what happened and why did affect each of these couples so deeply? Switching between characters and before and after the barbecue we slowly get to piece together the puzzle pieces and find out just what happened.

This is definitely full of characterization, the problem is, unlike Emily Griffin books, I didn't care much for the characters. I found most of the woman obnoxious especially since I listened to it.

Not my favorite book out there but I'm willing to give other Moriarty books a try.
