This series seems to be a hit or miss for me. It all depends on whether or not I like the characters. Things I Can't Forget was definitely a miss on my end. Its a quick read but I'm not a fan of how Kenneally handled religion.
Kate is the perfect Christian daughter that doesn't get into trouble. That is until she buys a pregnancy test for her best friend. Everything changes from that point. Camp is different this summer since Emily isn't there with her. Then there's the boy from her childhood and Kate has to wonder how far she'll go against her religion...
Kate was obnoxious to me, and I really disliked the negative views on Christianity, it'd be nice to have a YA that sheds a positive light on religion and that its okay to have these values.
Other than that the plot as a whole was bland and very forgettable. Probably my least favorite of this series so far.
