I listened to it on audio and loved it. I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much if I actually read the hardback book. But it was very enjoyable and suspensful listening to on my drives to work. The characters are cliche to the top, but I found the plot somewhat refreshing, Cassie, a 17 year old with a natural ability to profile people becomes a part of an FBI program to read killers and sociopaths. Things were quite unbelievable, yes. Characters were cliche from the badboy Dean to the overly friendly, Michael, and of course a love triangle.
But again, it kept me interested, different twists and turns (perhaps some of them unrealistic). It's refreshing to read a crime-scene thriller instead of the typical YA angst romance or Dystopian. I'm hoping for a sequel on this one!
