I love Rainbow Rowell. I highly recommend all three of her books. Attachments is cute, funny, and fluffy. Realistic? Probably not, but that's what made me love it even more.
Lincoln is 29 years old and still lives at home. He hates his job as the IT person at a newspaper company where he reads everybody's emails looking for any wrong-doings. But then he finds Beth and Jennifer's emails and he can't stop reading. Soon he finds himself falling for Beth and finds that Beth thinks he's super cute and has a crush on him. Only problem is she has a boyfriend.
Half the story is told through the emails, half is told through Lincoln's perspective. I really enjoyed both sides, I fell in love with the characters, as normal with any Rowell book.
This is definitely something I'll be recommending to anyone who loves fun and fluffy books. Fans of You've Got Mail will love this one! Five stars! Looking forward to Rowell's new book next year!
