*Spoilers for Book One*
I'm so happy with this book right now. I loved the way Suzanne Young ended this series and its a duology not a trilogy! I suppose she could write more but everything closed really nicely. I feel very content with Sloane and Jame's story as well with what happened with the program.
The Treatment picks up right where book one left off. Sloane and James are on the run but The Program is still after them. They run into the rebels, a resistance group. All the while Realm's pill, The Treatment is on their hands. The ever looming decision on whether or not one of them should take it even with a possible consequence of death.
Like I said above everything really finishes up nicely. There isn't a cliffhanger, Sloane and Jame's story comes to a nice end. Nothing felt rushed and Sloane does come into her own character. Realm turned into an interesting character as well. An exciting plot that keeps you turning pages, its certainly a hard one to put down.
This is definitely one of my top series and really reminds me of Article 5 by Kristen Simmons. Both are fun Dystopian reads. I have seen mixed reviews for both of these series. But I know they're series I'll probably eventually buy and read over and over again.
